Logging Out and Back In


Simply go up to the top right, hover over your name, and click "Log Out". On occassion, this can fix a weird issue you might be having with the portal.

This list contains your writing numbers. Most of the time, there will only be 1 listed there. If there is more than 1, this means that there is more than 1 avenue through which you can write business.

For example, Fund Managers have a seperate 'FM' number from the standard 'MP' writing number. Business submitted through the Fund will appear when you select the 'FM' writing number and business you write personally outside the Fund will appear when you click on the 'MP' writing number. This acts as a filter on the Downline, Pending Business Report, and Compensation Grid.

If you have recruited agents, then they will appear in this list. If not, then you will see 'None Found'. The first name in the list will always be you followed by a search bar and a list of agents that appear in your downline. This tool allows you too see what someone in your downline sees.

Currently, if you were to view the Sales Dashboard under the "Reports" tab. The Points figures are a combination of you and your downline's numbers. If you want to drill down and know what a specific agent and their downline has done, you can select them and the page will change to show you their view.

At any time you can switch back to your view by clicking your name at the top of the list. If you have a large downline, you can also search using the search bar at the top of the dropdown menu.

Currently you cannot change your username, however, you can request it from us. Please head over to the Contact Us page and email us with your current username and the username you want to change it to.

First thing to check is whether you are under the right writing number. See #2 "What is the red dropdown menu at the top?". Also, ensure that you are not currently viewing the Portal as one of your downline agents. See #3 "What is the blue dropdown menu at the top?".

If you are under the right writing number, then the person may now be listed as "Terminated".

If you are under the right writing number, then the business may be marked as 'Closed'. If it has, then you can check the 'Closed' checkbox and the report will show you closed business from the last 12 months. If you still do not see the business, please contact us and we can investigate.

Placement of advertisements and referral methods for your Private Practice are at your sole discretion. However, in order to solicit referrals, the Representative shall not make promises or issue any warranty either expressed or implied pertaining to the goods or services offered by the Company unless authorized in writing by the Company to do so.

Public advertising of any product offerings of AAI is strictly prohibited.

Why is that?

We use the Rule 506(b) of Regulation D for our private offering exemption. One of the requirements of maintaining this exemption is that "The company cannot use general solicitation or advertising to market the securities."

The Leads report shows you every recruit that you or someone in your downline sent a link too. If you cannot see a Lead, it may because:

  • The Lead was sent a link but Contracting has not yet processed it.
  • The Lead was converted to a Contracted Agent.
  • The Lead is outside the 90 Day Protection Period and may have been sent a link by someone else.
  • The Lead was marked 'Lost', call home office for more details.

We want you to understand how we protect your privacy when we collect and use your nonpublic personal information (“personal information”) in the course of business, as well as the measures we take to safeguard your personal information. Keeping your personal information private is our priority.

  • Contracts and other standard forms related to your accounts and information that you disclose to the firm. Examples of information collected include your name, address, Social Security number and income.
  • Your transactions with AAI and any entity associated with it, including those that work closely with AAI to provide you with diverse financial products and services. Examples of information collected include your commission and commission schedules.
  • Consumer reporting agencies, including information concerning your credit worthiness and credit history. Information obtained from third parties when verifying contracts or other forms. This may be obtained from your current or past employers or from other institutions with which you conduct financial transactions.
  • Associated entities, which are individuals and entities that are not our affiliates but are affiliates of our affiliates, primarily Registered Investment Advisers that are affiliated with our registered representatives.
  • Financial services companies with which we have joint marketing agreements. These may include associated Registered Investment Advisers, Banks and Credit Unions.

Keeping your information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. We restrict access to your personal information to our employees, our affiliates, associated persons and companies with which we have joint marketing agreements that have a need to know that information to assist us in providing products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable law to protect your personal information. We train our affiliated financial advisors and their employees in the proper handling of personal information. When we use other companies to help provide our services to you, we require them to protect the confidentiality of personal information they receive.

We do not sell, share or disclose your personal information to non-affiliated third-party marketing companies, except personal information we share with other financial institutions pursuant to joint marketing agreements we enter into with them.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above. They are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose. We may also disclose to our affiliates all of the information we collect, as described above in the section captioned “How We Collect Your Personal Information.” To the extent that applicable state laws grant you greater protections in connection with our sharing of your personal information, we will comply with those laws.

We may also disclose your personal information as permitted or required by law. These disclosures may include, for example, information to process transactions on your behalf, to conduct our operations, to follow your instructions as you authorize, or to protect the security of your employment records.
